We are seeking a motivated and skilled Investor Relations Manager to join our team and play a key role in enhancing our relationships with investors, analysts, and the broader financial community. Reporting: Head of Investor Relations Job Responsibilities: Communication and Engagement:
- Support IR head to develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional and retail investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders.
- Act as a primary point of contact for investor inquiries and requests, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Prepare and distribute company materials, presentations, and press releases to communicate financial performance and key developments to investors.
- Plan and execute investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences including annual shareholder meetings to showcase the company's performance and strategic initiatives
- Maintain the investor relations database to track and analyze investor activity.
- Analyze financial statements, sector dynamics, and local and global peers to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Take charge of financial models and forecasts to support investor communications.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that could impact the company's financial performance and investor sentiment.Collaborate with the finance team to prepare quarterly and annual reports, including earnings releases and conference call scripts.
- Own IR and Business sections of the company website; regularly update with accurate and relevant information.
- Manage board meeting requirements / investor materials including board decks, KPI summaries, and Q&A
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to review and approve investor-related documents and filings.
- Degree in finance, business, or a related field (CA or MBA preferred, CFA a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in investor relations, equity research/investment banking, or a related field.
- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, with a flair for presenting facts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills a pre-requisite.
- Strong project management skills, with ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Bloomberg, FactSet, or IR websites.
- Knowledge of regulations and reporting requirements a plus.
- Professional demeanour and the ability to represent the company effectively to external stakeholders.
