Compliance & Risk (Banking & Financial Services) This financial institution is looking for a well-experienced Head of Counterparty Credit Risk to join them! Your new company This prestigious financial institution is looking for a well-experienced Head of Counterparty Credit Risk to join the fast-growing team. Your new role As the Head of Counterparty Credit Risk, you will be responsible for managing the group's counterparty risk exposure to ensure various financial risks are within the limit. You will also strategize, lead, and develop Counterparty Risk models and policies and make decisions on matters related to risk management and risk monitoring according to the authority limit. Additionally, you will lead the team and oversee day-to-day risk management operations while coaching, developing, and nurturing the team members to meet set goals. What you'll need to succeed To ensure your success within this role, you will possess:

1. At least 10 years of Counterparty Credit Risk / Market Risk experience within Financial Services / Consulting Firms.
2. Strong managerial experience with in-depth knowledge of the financial services industry. Experience in capital markets will be preferred.
3. Possess strong stakeholder management skills with good interpersonal skills.
