Our client in the motorcycle industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to join their dynamic team. If you have a proven track record of leadership in a workshop or service environment and a passion for motorcycles, we want to hear from you.
Requirements:
- Relevant certifications in motorcycle mechanics or workshop management
- Experience in motorcycle mechanics and managing a workshop
- Experience supporting motorsports events and understanding of the technical demands involved
- Leadership experience = Proven leadership abilities with a stable and consistent employment history, ideally in a similar role
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in workshops
- Financial acumen with experience managing workshop budgets, cost control and profit optimization
- Capability to mentor and develop junior staff, promoting a learning culture
- Proficiency in workshop management software, inventory control and CRM systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting
