We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Supervisor to join our growing operations in the oil and gas industry. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our technical operations, ensuring safety and efficiency across various sites. What you'll do:
- Provide expert guidance on blasting & painting, maintenance, welding, corrosion protection, and lifting equipment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Manage and track inventory, ensuring accurate records.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and enhance productivity.
- Lead and mentor a team of skilled technicians.
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role within the oil and gas or related industry.
- A strong technical background with expertise in multiple disciplines.
- Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A commitment to safety and quality.
