Senior Execution, Freight (Voyage Accountant) Execution

Job Description Main Responsibilities: Assist in reviewing the team’s Final Freight Invoice before sending out to Counterpart. Generate periodic reports through Dashboards & IMOS to share with the team and monitor progress. Oversee the Bank balance and work closely with Controllers & FX team to maintain adequate funds in our Account. In charge of daily Cashlog, Monthly Cashflow & perform daily Bank reconciliation against Trial Balance. Oversee Broker’s SOA. Oversee Bunker mass settlement. Involve and handle daily operations of Vessels (Execution work responsibilities). Assist in monitoring Team’s file closing status. Assist in providing documentation to the reporting division to support annual audit across the entire platform. Assist in creating and improving reports, processes, and systems. Experiences: At least 5 years of relevant work experience within the shipping industry. Essential to have prior vessel and voyage accounting experience. Experience working within a commodity trading environment. Proficiency with MS Excel and IMOS accounting software preferred. Strong practical accounting knowledge and skills. Strong attention to detail, including precise accuracy of data entry. Detailed follow-through abilities and strong documentation skills. Ability to work independently, effectively prioritize multiple tasks, and meet multiple deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
