Job Responsibilities: Brand Development Assist the Marketing Manager in executing marketing initiatives, launch plans, and campaigns. Maintain and update task trackers, and financial documentation to ensure timely and accurate reporting. Assist in development and execution of brand’s communication strategies and marketing plans (yearly/quarterly/monthly) to drive brand preference and growth. Assist in execution of launch campaigns in the Singapore market for new products, including advertising, public relations, digital campaigns, brand collaborations, and BTL activations. Track expenses and monitor budget utilization by maintaining accurate records of estimated and actual expenditures. Conduct market research, gather feedback, and perform competitive analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights. Prepare and maintain monthly marketing reports, consolidating post-campaign reports, social performance reports, and media performance insights, and share key learnings with the team. Coordinate with HQ to manage global assets and key visuals for local adaptation and usage, including competitor and pricing analysis requests from the Global Marketing team. Assist in adapting promotional assets and performing copy checks for Sephora, eCommerce, trade marketing, VMD, mall activations, and any ad-hoc copy check requests. Digital & Social Media Management Assist the Marketing Manager in developing always-on content, including trend-jacking initiatives, promotional posts, store happenings, and online-exclusive updates, to enhance brand love and engagement across the 3 major social platforms, namely Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Work closely with the social media agency to update monthly social media brief and review daily content created by digital agency. Assist in ideation and creation of in-house content for social media platforms, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience. Collaborate with the team to produce engaging content and host brand’s TikTok livestreams. Manage day to day community engagement and inquiries on social media platforms. Update and manage monthly content calendars, including Telegram channel recruitment initiatives and reposting of assets. Public Relations and KOL Management Liaise with the agency for organic and paid activations, seeding, in-store hosting and campaigns to enhance brand image and Share of Voice (SOV). Build and maintain relationships with Brand Advocates, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and influencers to drive user generated content (UGC) collaborations. Support the ideation and execution of in-store activations, brand collaborations, and go-to-market campaigns. Manage mall partnerships on advertising space and coordinate mall activations to increase footfall and brand visibility. Others Manage quotations, consultation reports, and invoice processing, ensuring timely submission to the Finance team monthly. Coordinate product requests and deliveries for social media, events, and promotional activities. Oversee and update the team's monthly product inventory tracking list. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Management or relevant field. At least 2 years of brand marketing experience, preferably within the beauty or FMCG industry. Have knowledge of digital marketing, managing social media platforms, Public Relations management, and brand development. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Possess strong experience in copywriting, content creation and video editing. Up to date with the latest trends on social media platforms. Proficiency in MS Office; basic knowledge of design software (preferred but not mandatory). Analytical thinking to interpret market trends and campaign performance. Self-starter with pride in personal & company performance. High energy with positive ‘can do’ attitude, and result driven. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
