Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall planning, management, execution and financial control of the project to ensure they are completed on time, within the budget and meet the quality requirements set by the clients.
• Responsible for the compliances on quality, safety and health requirement at site.
• Manage & lead the project team.
• Coordinate and monitor sub-contractors' activities on site.
• Organize the projects' resources, machines, plant and equipment, and materials.
• Attend meeting and liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities on all technical and site issues.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Min 10 Years relevant experience in Construction of Substructure and Building > minimum 4 storeys building.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD
• Ability to lead, motivate, plan and coordinate project team
• Good organizational and analytical skills
• Discipline and Strong Work Ethic
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good spoken and written communication skills (Bahasa Melayu & English).
• Based in Sabah (Site)

Contract length: 24 months
