Job Description: 1) Conveyancing Lawyer - able to handle sub-sale, loan and other conveyancing matters; - able to monitor and follow up closely with all the files, with minimal supervision. 2) Conveyancing Clerk -to liaise with client, banker/ agent, developers and various government bodies; - to handle sub-sales, loan and other conveyancing matters; - able to monitor and follow up closely with all the files, attending to client correspondences, report and update to Lawyers/Partners. Qualifications and Requirements: Responsible, Honest, Responsive, Hardworking and with integrity.
