Main responsibilities:
- Prepare Reports for Investment Committee and the Board
- Liaise with auditors on the investments
- Ensure compliance with the Acts and Regulations pertaining to investments
- Security/Issuer and broker Master maintenance
- Periodic limit and broker review.
- Fund performance analysis
- Finalisation of Audit Report
- Chartered Accountant and/ or MBA from a reputed institute.
- Deep understanding of Investment governance and particularly IRDAI regulations.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge of banking, debt and equity markets
- Good knowledge on performance drivers, yield and duration
- Past experience with Mfund preferably
- At least 4-5 years of experience in similar role .
