Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in West Delhi. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with travel arrangements, providing travel recommendations, booking flights and accommodations, handling travel documentation, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their travel experience. Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and procedures
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus
