Education : Diploma - Paint /Chemical/Mechanical Engineering Experience Range : 4 Years - 12 Years Paint Shop Production-Topcoat:
- Knowledge of liquid painting, Painting Robots (Fanuc and Yaskawa) and Paint shop equipment’s, Topcoat System, Well versed in defect analysis through 7QC tools. and counter measures to reduce Defects
- Manual Sealer & Underbody Robotic Application
- Monitoring and controlling defect generation, analysis and action plan implementation.
- Knowledge and Experience of Paint Shop Process, 7QC tools, 5S & Kaizen
