Title: Regional General Manager Area: Northern Cape + North West + Limpopo regions Ref No.: TRG 2129 Salary: Market related TCTC available/negotiable Start Date: As soon as possible / Negotiable An opportunity for an experienced REGIONAL GENERAL MANAGER is required for permanent employment overseeing the 3x Northern Regions (Northern Cape, North West & Limpopo).

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the creation of the overall company strategy and translate it into a Regional Strategy and Operating Plan.
• Create organizational capacity and manage the integration of Commercial and Operations activities.
• Drive growth and profitability in line with the Commercial and Operational Strategy.
• Manage day-to-day activities within the Regional Hub.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills (Non-negotiable)

• Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Business/Sales/Leadership (NQF 6 or 7)
• Post graduate business qualification (NFQ 8 or 9) is an advantage.
• Approximate >5 years General Management experience at middle to senior management level.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Sales or Commercial function.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in handling multi-branch operations.
• Experience in rental industry with short- and long-term rentals – preferably in mining, construction, heavy and light industrial sectors.

Package & Remuneration
