1. Branding: Collaborate closely with the General Manager to assist in developing the corporate brand strategy, direction, and execution plan. Create, manage, and update brand communication guidelines and workflows with the General Manager. Lead the execution of the brand communication plan in coordination with relevant stakeholders across divisions, entities, and local countries in the Asia and Oceania region. Develop, manage, update and continuously enhance regional branded materials and global assets provided by the Headquarter. 2. External communication: Enhance the brand's positive reputation in the public eye. Develop an annual communication plan based on the brand strategy and direction. Lead the execution of the communication plan in collaboration with relevant stakeholders across divisions, entities, and local country offices in the Asia and Oceania region. Research, propose, and implement innovative communication methods including enhancing the company website, developing regional social media strategies, and utilizing other effective touchpoints as needed. 3. Internal Communication: Enhance employee engagement and workplace experience. Develop and execute an internal communication plan, including events, to foster transparency in information and knowledge sharing. This will help employees gain a deeper understanding of the company's brand value, business operations, diverse talents, and future opportunities across local and overseas entities in the Asia and Oceania region. 4. Crisis Communication: Understand and adhere to crisis procedures as directed and guided by GHQ. Provide support to GHQ as needed. Assist in delivering regional crisis communication guidance and training to employees. 5. Manage relevant outsources and partners: Lead and manage outsourced vendors and partners to execute communication plans, ensuring adherence to the schedule and budget. 6. Team management and development: In collaboration with the General Manager, develop and manage the Corporate Branding and Strategy team, including overseeing resources, budgeting, and other related responsibilities. Job Requirements: Degree or diploma in communication, branding, marketing, or a relevant field. At least 10 years of relevant experience. Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing teams. Experience in the shipping industry. Ability to lead development communication planning. Competence in delivering presentations. Demonstrated creativity and strong project management skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adept at engaging with various stakeholders across divisions, countries, and entities. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Deep understanding and extensive experience in developing and managing corporate websites, social media (SNS), and other digital communication practices.
