Lead and shape CSL Behring Nordic medical and scientific activities for designated therapeutic area(s) across the Nordic region. Engage and build strong links with key external medical experts in designated therapeutic areas, communicating and discussing the science behind CSL Behring’s medicines with key internal and external stakeholders. Strengthen CSL Behring’s Nordic medical and scientific profile and support meeting the overall strategic objectives of CSL Behring Nordic.The Role
- Provide a high-quality single point of contact for scientific interaction between external experts / HCPs and CSL Behring.
- Respond to requests for scientific and medical information in a comprehensive, timely and customer-focused manner.
- Actively drive Scientific Advisory Board meetings to ensure knowledge transfer, foster External Expert (EE) relationships, ensure scientific understanding and build appropriate advocacy.
- Actively participate in scientific and medical symposia.
- Assist with publication planning and presentations of data at medical & scientific meetings.
- Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of the designated therapy area(s), pipeline and the competitive landscape.
- Work collaboratively and proactively with the product manager, sales manager and market access manager to develop strategic medical, scientific and relationship management plans that align with business objectives.
- Key member of new product/indication launch process in the Nordic countries. Responsible for leading medical activities in this process.
- Collaborate with evidence manager in discovering opportunities and needs for local evidence generation projects. When applicable, participate as core study team member in the design and execution of said projects.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Medical doctor (MD), with or without clinical experience, or Master’s degree within bioscience/pharmacy or similar (non-MD) with PhD or relevant scientific degree.
- Pharmaceutical industry experience is of value.
- Clinical experience is of value.
- Swedish or Danish language speaker.
- Full proficiency in English.
