Job Description
- Be responsible for the IBS (Passive/Active DAS) project field technical management.
- Manage the field subcontractors, validate survey reports, ensure site implementation quality.
- Supervise the field work and provide the required training (if needed) for the field subcontractors, ensure the subcontractors’ work meets Huawei & customer standards.
- Understand the design, collaborate with the design team and subcontractors, and be responsible for the successful application of Huawei design on site.
