Work with system architect and pre-sales team to implement security surveillance systems and network infrastructure solutions in-premise and able to articulate and document the solution. Analyze, plan, implementation (network, system, infra, applications), testing, and management of a state-of-the-art integrated perimeter, video surveillance and video analytics security system. Good knowledge and hands-on experience working with software and hardware systems in the area of: IP CCTV System Fence Intrusion Detection System (FIDS) Physical Security Information Management System (PSIM) Video Management System (VMS) Data Protection Identify and Access Management Windows Server OS, Linux OS in a virtual environment Virtualisation and Hypervisors Network Monitoring Work, liaise and lead inter-disciplinary technical team and stakeholders to design, implement and verify solutions to meet project requirements for performance. Work with partners to diagnose and rectify technical issues as well as support preventive and corrective maintenance. Develop technical implementation timeline with critical path that complements project management schedule. Collaborate with respective key vendors/partners to design and review the proposed solution architecture in accordance with standards and policies. Understand technical documentation, installation manuals, system drawings and able to orientate construction drawing, floor plan, etc. Plan & ensure the various testing (SSAT/UAT/OSAT/etc) are conducted successfully in accordance to requirements. Proficient in electrical power and good knowledge on power cabling works for on-site works. Attend customers meetings, report regularly on progress and monitor project progress. Liaise with customers/consultants/project managers concerning approval of designs, reviews, progress of work, problem solving, etc. Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities of technical engineers in a project to ensure all are actively working toward established milestones and ensuring work is completed on time on schedule. Plan project schedule to de-conflict weekly works. Conduct Root Cause Analysis of system issues and failures and recommend solutions. Knowledge of construction site safety and regulatory requirements. Track project financials, budget tracking, project cost management to ensure the project delivery in an effective & efficient manner. Work in indoor and outdoor environments. The ideal candidate should possess: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical/Electronic, Information Systems or equivalent discipline. 5-10 years of relevant experience in security surveillance hardware and software administration, configuration, and troubleshooting. Positive work attitude, self-motivated, creative, and resourceful with a customer-first mindset. Independent, hardworking, and able to work under pressure. Able to handle emergency situations outside of normal work hours when required. Good inter-personal, organizational, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Singaporeans only.
