Job Description: Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Project Manager – Equipment Installation / Fit-Out to join our team! In this role, you will lead and manage equipment installation and fit-out activities for advanced manufacturing and technology building projects, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with project objectives. What You'll Be Doing:

Develop and oversee spatial plans to maximize efficiency and functionality.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve spatial conflicts and challenges.
Ensure alignment of space planning with overall project objectives and requirements.
Conduct regular reviews and updates of spatial layouts to meet evolving project needs.
Monitor project progress and address space management issues promptly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues related to space utilization and project timelines.
Provide leadership and support to project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in spatial planning and coordination for large-scale projects.
Proficiency in CAD and other space planning software.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex project tasks.
Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.

Experience in managing equipment installation and fit-out for manufacturing or technology facilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and project execution.
