ACCORD CARE  is trusted in the provision of person-centred disability support services to NDIS participants. We provide Supported Independent Living, In-home care, Community Participation, Short-Term Accommodation, Community Nursing, and Allied Health Services. About the role We are looking for Female team members in our supported independent living arrangements in North Lakes to provide 24/7 support in the home and out in the community.   The support worker's role and responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting people with personal care and day-to-day activities in the home and out in the community
  • Providing positive behaviour support to our clients 
  • Completing appropriate documentation through shift notes, incident reporting and data collection
  • Contribute to the team’s overall objective of providing the best outcomes for our clients
  • Work with your team leader to implement and review plans around daily service provision
  • Maintain a professional relationship with clients and adhere to the NDIS and company code of conduct
  • Above all, be responsive, reliable and accountable to our clients and your team
