The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to help us find and attract excellent employees. Based in Malaysia, you will work with the regional leadership team in Asia to find and maintain a network of talent to support our needs in the region. Our focus for this role is Hong Kong, China and other parts of Asia Pacific. WHAT YOU WILL DO As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process to finding successful employees across the Asia Pacific region especially Hong Kong and China. Responsibilities:
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
- Build talent pipeline to attract and acquire high quality candidates via sourcing, head-hunting, Linkedin or networking.
- Work with various hiring managers to understand the job requirements and business goals and close the positions.
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, offer stage etc).
- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience.
- Ability to research, identify and source qualified candidates from Linked or another network proactively.
- Ability to use ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and update the recruitment process or feedback.
- Lead continuous improvement activities for Talent Acquisition team.
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Human resources, or relevant field with at least 5 years’ experience from in house recruitment or from recruitment agency background, ideally with a head-hunting background across Asia Pacific region.
- Experience in sourcing potential candidates from Hong Kong, China and other parts of Asia.
- Willing to work in an agile manner.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and cold calling.
- Understanding of latest selection methods and techniques.
- Good understanding of Recruitment terms and Pay Packages for the region.
- Proficient in the use of social media to attract talent.
- Ability to grasp the requirements of different roles.
- Excellent communicator.
- Well-organized.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
