Purpose of Role The CRM Assistant Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing regional (SAPAC) customer-centric and omni-channel CRM and loyalty marketing engagements that drives customer engagement, loyalty, and retention strategies across the SAPAC region. This role will involve managing CRM campaigns, analyzing customer data, and implementing innovative strategies to enhance customer experiences. Your Impact Loyalty Program Management Support the management of the UA Rewards loyalty program. Analyze member behavior to identify opportunities for engagement and retention. Develop and implement activations to drive customer loyalty and advocacy. CRM Campaign Management Assist in the development and execution of CRM campaigns across various channels (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.) Manage campaign calendars, ensuring timely execution and optimization. Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement. CRM System Management Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Optimize CRM processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot any system issues. Customer Data Analysis Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and segmentation opportunities. Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and behavior. Develop customer insights to inform marketing strategies and personalize customer experiences. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM or integrated marketing in direct-to-consumer business (including sport, apparel, retail, or consumer goods). Proficiency in CRM tools and analytics software (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe Analytics) Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Comfortable in thinking and operating with a customer-centric focus. Ability to digest data and translate it into clear, meaningful, and actionable insights. Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights. Experience with email marketing and marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred).
