Build your career at Iress! The Administration officer is responsible for ensuring activities completed complies with agreed procedures, priorities and meets Service Levels. The position will require the completion of daily key responsibilities noted as opening, scanning, indexing and distributing of incoming and outgoing mail including member account maintenance, processing simple member registry tasks and general administrative support as required. Please note this is a 12 month fixed term contract. Some of the awesome things you'll be involved with:
- Scanning, indexing and distributing of incoming and outgoing mail
- Answering enquiries regarding members accounts
- Processing member registry tasks
- Perform general administrative tasks
- Provide administrative support for the team
- Monitor and track requests
- Keyboard Skills (speed and accuracy)
- Attention to detail and adherence to processes and procedures

- Intermediate level Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word)
