$100m + D&C High Rise Residential Project in Milton. Spend initial 3

months planning and early procurement before hitting site. Great

This is an incredible opportunity for a Site Manager to join one of

the greatest groups of people in the Qld Construction industry. This

company is full of great names and personalities and the list of

projects under way are exceptional and extremely satisfying to be a

part of. They include high-rise residential and commercial buildings

all above $80m.

This opportunity for a Site Manager will see you take the lead on

their brand new $100 million+ high-rise residential construction

project in Milton and report directly into the Project Manager. You

will have the support of Foremen and Project Engineers on site. The

project is from a long time loyal client.

It is preferential that you have experience working in the mid- or

upper-tier construction environment and have the ability to to drive

commercial outcomes.

As a Site manager, you will have: Ideally a trade background as well

as a QBCC supervisor licence

Demonstrated experience working as a Site Manager for a mid- or

upper-tier Construction Company.

D&C Project experience: Ability to manage a team of supervisors.

Commercially astute. Tendering experience (for future projects). This
