- 1. Responsible for strategising, launching, and scaling up business operations in new markets
- 2. Possess a cross-functional approach and define the medium & long-term roadmap to achieve growth & profitability targets for your cluster
- 3. Brand building by creating and executing local marketing strategies
- 4. Evaluate and roll out new product features and other innovative offerings
- 5. Identify, communicate and work towards Profit maximization by implementing Cost & Time management effectively. Coordinate License related documents.
- 6. Should be commercially aware
- 7. Manage a team of dynamic individuals
- 8. Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
- 9. Strategic thinking and sound business judgment
- 10. Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to seek, create, negotiate and close a deal.
- 11. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- 12. Should be street smart and understand the local market
- 13. Must have experience in opening a new store, QSR.
- 14. Ability to productively collaborate with multiple internal & external stakeholders through solid project management and communication
- 15. Data-driven decision-making mentality and strong analytical thinking, along with a creative solutions-driven mindset
- 16. Should be ready to shift base to any region across the city
