Paralegal

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled contract management specialist to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, drafting, reviewing and managing contracts, as well as conducting thorough legal research to ensure accuracy and compliance. This role requires excellent analytical abilities, strong research skills, and the capability to work effectively with client-specific software and legal content. Location : Chennai, Bangalore and Ahmedabad Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in the contract formation process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Analyze and interpret will instruction documents, expert reports, statements, and contracts.
• Review, draft, and manage real estate contracts and leases for critical terms and compliance.
• Conduct legal research and draft content to support contract development and legal processes.
• Prepare first drafts of wills, power of attorneys and enduring guardianships accurately and thereafter ensure they are ready for execution
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless contract management processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB/ BA LLB/ BBA LLB) or a related field.
• Proven experience in legal research, drafting and contract management.
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology and processes related to contracts and wills.
• Exceptional analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in using client-specified software and digital tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Master's degree in Law (LLM) is a plus.
• Exposure to contract lifecycle management systems.
• Prior experience working with international clients, stakeholders and law firms is desirable.
• Experience working in the LPO sector.
• Experience in handling lease agreements and property-related documentation.
