What Will You Do Key Responsibilities : Sales Strategy & Planning :Develop and execute the regional sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets. Align sales plans with organizational goals and market dynamics in the F&B industry. Team Leadership :Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing regional sales team. Provide mentorship and performance evaluations to ensure team success. Market Analysis & Business Development :Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the F&B sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts. Customer Relationship Management :Act as the key point of contact for strategic clients within the region. Develop tailored solutions to meet client needs and drive customer satisfaction. Performance Monitoring & Reporting :Track sales performance metrics, analyze results, and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management. Implement corrective actions and strategies to address performance gaps. Collaboration Across Departments :Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives. What Do We Want Proven track record of at least 8–12 years in sales Experience in F&B / FoodTech / FMCG / Retail is desirable Experience in Southeast Asia or other international markets is highly advantageous. Deep understanding of market trends and organization services. Strong skills in identifying opportunities and trends. Proven ability to negotiate and close deals successfully. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients, partners, and industry influencers. Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and business goals.
