Job Order: 824085 Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and implement tailored solutions using monday.com Work OS. Provide technical expertise in pre-sales and post-sales processes, including proof-of-concepts, onboarding, API integrations, and custom scripting. Leverage monday.com APIs, apps frameworks, and integration platforms (e.g., Zapier, Workato) to design advanced solutions. Manage projects, ensuring timelines, goals, and deliverables are met, and conduct user training and workshops. Build strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor throughout implementation. Requirements: Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field. 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS implementation or technical project management, preferably in complex product onboarding. Strong knowledge of APIs (RESTful, GraphQL), integration tools, and coding in Java/Python (React is a plus). Experience with SSO/SAML/AD protocols and low-code/no-code tools. Proven project management skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
