Munster Group Insurances Ltd, part of PIB group and Campion Insurance, is pleased to share the following role within the PIB Group in Ireland based in Munstergroup Insurance, Bindon Street, Ennis, Co Clare.

Customer Service Executive - Private Motor Renewals

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide exceptional customer service over the counter and phone.
  2. Handle Motor, Household, and Van Insurance from new business to renewals.
  3. Liaise with insurance companies on customer queries and instructions.
  4. Offer expert guidance and advice across all insurance products.
  5. Provide training to new recruits.
  6. Process renewals/new business payments.
Requirements:
  1. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  2. Goal-oriented and target-driven.
  3. Excellent product knowledge.
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  6. Professional appearance and attitude.
  7. APA Qualification with the Insurance Institute of Ireland.
  8. Experience in a fast-paced environment desirable but not essential.
