Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be a leader who can drive both the operational and financial aspects of the business while maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction. Qualifications
- Restaurant Operations Management, Staff Management, and Customer Service skills
- Strong understanding of food and beverage industry operations
- Inventory Management and Cost Control skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in restaurant management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
