Singaporean ONLY Purchasing Executive (West/East/Fastener/Machinery)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for purchasing of materials for all assigned customers.
• Work closely with Customer Service to regularly acquire all forecast / information to facilitate material planning.
• Analyze information and plan for material purchase.
• Monitor and expedite supplier deliveries to meet customers’ demand.
• Update all deliveries status in the system.
• Control freight cost in from oversea suppliers.
• Regular meeting and communicating with Customer Service to understand customers forecast / demand.
• Monitor / control overall inventories at an optimum level.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel for incoming good receiving and stock movement.
• Maintain data integrity and settings in MDS system.
• Undertake Ad-hoc duties as required in line with company’s growth directions.
• Purchase of indirect materials and follow up with the order status.
• Purchase of office suppliesandequipment

Requirements: Only open for Singaporeans EfficientinMSOffice. Experiencein procurementandsourcing Fast learner, responsible & well-organised with good interpersonal skills. Able to multitask and complete assignments given on time. Communications and negotiation skills with good business sense. Preferto have experience inmechanicalhardware fastener e.g.,screw, bolts,nuts,fittings andgoodknowledgeofsupplierbaseinAsiaregion.
