Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Management: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources. Monitor and report on project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. Team Coordination and Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, providing clear direction and support. Coordinate tasks and responsibilities among team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Facilitate regular team meetings to review project status, address issues, and foster a collaborative work environment. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams. Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner. Manage stakeholder expectations and address any concerns or issues that may arise during the project lifecycle. Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring that technical solutions align with project goals and organizational standards. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management and technology. Facilitate the resolution of technical challenges and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. Quality Assurance and Risk Management: Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet established standards. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement. Qualifications: Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is highly desirable. Minimum of 8 years of experience in technical project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology projects. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and IT infrastructure. Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Trello, or similar. Familiarity with programming languages, database management, and cloud technologies is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
