Our client, a well-known company, is looking for candidates for the position of Area Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the planning, preparation, and successful launch of new restaurant locations across the region, ensuring adherence to the company's standards and timeline. Oversee day-to-day operations at multiple locations, ensuring smooth functioning and high-quality service, and compliance with operational procedures. Recruit, train, and mentor staff for new locations, building strong, motivated teams. Track and analyze KPIs such as sales, cost control, and customer satisfaction. Provide regular updates on the performance and progress of each location to the General Manager, including insights into operational challenges and improvements. REQUIREMENTS Proven experience in the food & beverage industry, preferably in managing multi-site operations. Experience in opening new stores is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and logical thinking skills. A hands-on, pragmatic approach with a focus on improving the customer experience and operational efficiency.
