Job Description Spotlightjobs are excited to be working with a developing and expanding team of claims professionals. My client has many years experience and now looking for an experienced customer service advisor to work within their customer claims team. Whilst my client is looking for strong customer service skills they also want to recruit somebody that wants to develop a career within motor claims and will provide full training. Interviews will be immediately coupled with a December or January start date. Responsibilities
  • Excel against customer service level expectations and take ownership of all inbound communication.
  • Ensure effective communication to Policyholder of all claim decisions and progression, helping to reduce the number of inbound calls
  • Work closely with other claims handler to ensure effective validation and fair settlement of the policyholders claims
  • Ensure thorough chronological record keeping of all activity within file claim notes
  • Maintain effective diary management to reduce settlement time
  • Endorse and drive the company values and behaviours
