Shipping Coordinator

Here at GXO, we’re recruiting for Shipping Coordinator to join our team in Sherburn in Elmet , (LS25 6PT) You’ll be working 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:00 -17:00. What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Processing orders and preparing correspondence to fulfil customer needs.
• Dealing with customer enquiries, complaints and shipping bookings using the customer portal
• Communication with customer by phone, email and face to face
• Investigating and solving customer problems
• Management of transport bookings, follow up, invoice checking and processing claims
• Communicating with transport agents to ensure customer satisfaction is fulfilled and shipping in time and accordance to expectations

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• A good knowledge of WMS as well as Microsoft excel, word and outlook.
• The ability to problem solve as well as effectively manage and plan workload
• Excellent communication skills and able to successfully work as part of a team
• Adhere to GXO Health and Safety Policies
