  Lead Educator Goodstart Redcliffe – Ashmole Road Full-Time 38 hours per week  To $34.72 p/hr + Super (depending on experience and qualifications)

If so, we have the perfect role for you!    As a Senior/Lead Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.    About Goodstart Redcliffe Ashmole Road:  

• Our early learning centre is close to shops, schools, public transport and local transport routes
• We offer a welcoming, fun and very supportive environment with lots of long-term staff
• We are a 68 place centre open from 6.30am until 6.30pm
• Community is really important to us and through visits to the centre and participation in events and activities throughout the year we can enrich the learning experience
• We have 5 air-conditioned rooms each with their own yard for explorative and physical play in beautiful gardens, sandpits, mud pits and water play areas

You’ll need : 

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) 
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards 
• Current QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
