Finance Broker Personal Assistant, M Finance Pty Ltd., Baldivis,
Perth, WA. Mortgages (banking & financial services). Part time.
$30–40 per hour.
Who are we? M Finance is a boutique mortgage broking business led by
Fiona Ewen, a seasoned professional with over 30 years in the finance
industry. Founded in 2002,. M Finance offers a wide range of financial
services, including home and investment property loans, debt
consolidation, and SMSF lending. Fiona is joined by James Case and Bec
Ewen, both bringing specialized skills. M Finance prides itself on
strong client relationships driven by word-of-mouth referrals and
making it simple for your clients.
What we are seeking? We are looking for a motivated, conscientious
Personal Assistant to assist our senior broker. Initially, the
position is 15–18 hours per week, with the potential for increased
hours within 12 months. Hours must be completed over 3-5 weekdays,
with mornings preferred but somewhat flexible. In-office work is
preferred.
The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously to manage a busy
pipeline. The Broker Assistant will be responsible for the following
duties: Liaise with customers, solicitors, banks, and real estate
agents. Data entry and analysis of clients' personal and financial
information. Collection of paperwork and other supporting documents to
complete finance applications. Tracking the progress of finance
applications from submission through to settlement. Maintaining
internal processes and procedures for finance applications. Providing
post-settlement service to clients
Essential Requirements: Proficient written and spoken English. Strong
computer skills (using Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF).
Self-motivated and happy to work unsupervised. Excellent communication
skills and high attention to detail. Initiative to think and
problem-solve independently. Digitally organised/tidy. Must have a
valid driver's license.
MUST BE RELIABLE Desired Requirements: The ideal candidate would
possess the following; however, some of the below can be taught on the
job: Experience in the banking or broking industry. Knowledge of loan
structures and lender products. Experience working with lenders and
aggregators, online loan application submission, valuation ordering,
and serviceability calculations. Confidence in liaising with clients
and financial institutions.
