A Secure Career is Offered for the Right Person   Reporting to the Groups Building Services Manager, you will become a member of an energetic and competent team. The role is responsible for providing a high level of technical service across our three sites to ensure that all premises and equipment are maintained at optimum levels for the safety of patrons and employees.   Duties/responsibilities include:

• Providing maintenance support across all 3 C.ex Clubs
• Maintaining a schedule of preventative maintenance to ensure optimum efficiency & operations of all buildings and equipment
• Recommending and providing feedback on equipment improvements and work practices
• Assisting with daily maintenance as required in areas such as refrigeration, air-conditioning, plumbing, emergency & fire detection systems.
• Completing and processing reports and paperwork in a timely manner
• Working cooperatively in a team environment
• Displaying a “Can Do” attitude
• Maintaining respectful relationships with your colleagues and customers.
• Adherence to all C.ex standards, policies and procedures including compliance with WHS and governing legislation

  The successful applicant would ideally hold the following skills and experience:

• Recognised trade qualification
• Minimum of 5 years experience (highly desirable)
• A general understanding & working knowledge of air conditioning & refrigeration systems (highly desirable)
• Working knowledge of current BCA requirements & Australian Standards
• Experience in the service & repairs of commercial catering equipment (highly desirable)
• Experience and knowledge of plumbing.
• Computer Literate- Microsoft Products
• Current driver license
• A proven track record of demonstrating safe work practices
• Above average problem-solving skills
• Numeracy
