Senior Policy and Project Officer, Department for Education, Children
and Young People Tasmania. Hobart TAS. Policy, Planning & Regulation,
Government-SState (Government & Defense). Full time. $105,921-$119,801
per annum. This is a Department built entirely for children and young
people and their communities. Our ultimate goal is to work together
to ensure that every child and young person in Tasmania is known,
safe, well and learning. The child is at the centre of everything we
do and the way we do it.
Duties: This role contributes to the development, delivery,
implementation, and review of strategic policies and projects to
facilitate organisational change and improvement, together with
leading strategic stakeholder engagement across Services for Youth
Justice to improve outcomes for children and young people in Tasmania.
Period of Appointment. Permanent, ongoing. Applicants should be aware
that for twelve (12) months from the date of publication, this
selection process may be used to fill any subsequent full-time or
part-time vacancies in accordance with Employment Direction 1. Hours
per fortnight. 73.5 hours per week.
Essential Requirements: Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with
Vulnerable People (Registration Status—Employment).
