The Role
As our Head of Merchandise , you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our brands. Leading the merchandise strategy across all categories, you’ll ensure we deliver exceptional products that resonate with our customers and reflect our values. This is a senior leadership position reporting to our Managing Director, who lives and breathes footwear every day!Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandise strategies that align with our brand vision and business goals.
- Oversee product selection , pricing , and assortment planning to maximise sales and profitability.
- Analyse market trends , customer insights , and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with our in-house design team , marketing, and retail teams to align products with seasonal campaigns.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing merchandise team.
- Manage inventory and sales forecasting to optimise stock levels.
