  • Ennovi has a huge potential to grow especially in the Automotive/EV market. Quality will be one of the key factors to be successful and enable this growth. A Quality Head is needed to drive all Quality strategies within the company right from project initiation stage to ensure that we deliver right products to our customers and be successful in our vision of being most preferred supplier. This position will also be responsible for making this plant as bench mark within the Ennovi mobility plants.To build Connector quality mindset at Ennovi, work with Corporate quality leadership to coach sites to improve quality performance, reduce COPQ and pursue Zero Defects.
  • Work with OEM readiness team to support global OEM readiness implementations.
Main Responsibilities
  • To help develop and set Quality goals for the Region and the sites and provides directions to the sites to meet these goals.
  • To review the Quality training needs in the region and develop action plans to address these needs.
  • To provide technical leadership especially Automotive & EV connectors, Busbars, Sensor housings experience to the sites to improve product quality and other quality related services.
  • To help resolve quality related problems at the site level.
  • To assist with the selection and recruitment of key positions in the Quality organization in the sites.
  • To coach and provide guidance to the site QA Manages.
  • To develop plans in strengthening the QA resources in the region.
  • Understand customer specific requirements and disseminate to team members.
  • To conduct regular quality audits on system, operations and products to ensure conformance to IATF Standards, internal specifications and other customer specific requirements.
  • Knowledge on IMS (IATF, ISO 14000, ISO 45001, etc.).
  • Knowledge on Quality Core Tools (PFMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP)
  • To keep abreast of our customer Quality needs and develop plans to address these issues.
  • To support Corporate initiatives, such as OEM readiness implementation, Layered Process Audit, Kaizen event, A3 problem solving, RFMEA etc.
  • To share best practice across the sites and build synergy.
  • Departmental budget preparation and support for cost reduction projects YOY.
  • To take on special assignments and projects as assigned from time to time by the Global Quality VP.
Qualifications
  • BE in Mechanical engineering.
  • Other Technical/Professional Qualification:
  • Lean & or Six Sigma Black Belt.
  • CQE, CQM and Lead Assessor qualifications are preferred.
  • Working knowledge of computer and statistical software is a must.
  • Ability to communicate in English or major local language is an essential
  • At least 20 Plus years of automotive experience in Quality Assurance in related industry.
  • Must be worked in a leadership role more than 5 years.
  • Must be able to communicate with all management levels and possess good facilitating skills.
  • Must be willing to travel 40% of the time.
