Global Conference Producer

Job responsibilities

• Responsible for acquiring speakers for global conferences on clean energy (EV charging, wind, solar energy, power transmission, etc) and mass transit (public transport, electric buses, etc)
• Undertake research to identify speakers and to develop content for the conference.
• Maintain regular communication with speakers and act as central point of contact for speakers.
• Act as a support for the marketing team for a successful conference.
• Suggest ideas for conference topics, agendas and sessions.

• A good academic background with a bachelor's degree. Preferably BA (English) hons degree.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply
• First-rate written and verbal communication skills in English. 
• We require someone who is organised, diligent, is able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Be able to travel internationally to conference venues - Singapore, Amsterdam, Washington, DC, Dubai, etc.
• Required skills: PPT (MS, google, canva, etc), excel, letter writing, business communications
