Job Description of this Role My client is offering a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and people-oriented individual. You will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Collaborate with payroll partners to process monthly payroll.
- Confirm payroll accuracy.
- Coordinate interviews and schedule them for offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Dubai, and Bangkok as needed.
- Currently focusing on recruitment efforts in China.
- Work with partners to process work passes, as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date records continuously.
- Prepare HR documents such as employment letters, confirmation letters, bonus letters, and annual reviews on an ongoing basis.
- Manage staff onboarding and offboarding, and update records in Bamboo regularly.
- Update the organizational chart and prepare staff movement reports monthly.
- Strong people orientation with a commitment to providing exceptional support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
- Knowledge of Singapore Labour laws and employment regulations, with exposure in APAC region.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
