We're on the lookout for a skilled and driven Food and Beverage Store Manager to join our dynamic team. - Day-to-Day Operations : Oversee daily store operations, do routine quality checks for the product and services, including raising purchase orders with the purchasing department.
- Maintain Standards : Ensure the store is maintained according to established standards, including cleanliness, equipment functionality, and system operations.
- Maintenance and Replacements : Monitor and manage the regular maintenance and timely replacement of items and equipment.
- Staff Management : Supervise and support staff, ensuring tasks are completed as assigned and assist as needed.
- Customer Assistance : Provide customers with product explanations and suggestions, enhancing their coffee experience.
- Logistics and Inventory : Manage inventory, handle logistics, and submit timely reports to management.
- Team Leadership : Be a role model for staff, address their requests promptly, and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Experience : Minimum of 5 years in a specialty coffee environment with a strong background in café and restaurant management.
- Skills : Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to handle staff and work collaboratively as a team player.
- Knowledge : Willingness to learn and understand our coffee concepts and operational standards.
- Customer Service : Ability to assist and engage with customers effectively.
