1. Day-to-Day Operations : Oversee daily store operations, do routine quality checks for the product and services, including raising purchase orders with the purchasing department.
2. Maintain Standards : Ensure the store is maintained according to established standards, including cleanliness, equipment functionality, and system operations.
3. Maintenance and Replacements : Monitor and manage the regular maintenance and timely replacement of items and equipment.
4. Staff Management : Supervise and support staff, ensuring tasks are completed as assigned and assist as needed.
5. Customer Assistance : Provide customers with product explanations and suggestions, enhancing their coffee experience.
6. Logistics and Inventory : Manage inventory, handle logistics, and submit timely reports to management.
7. Team Leadership : Be a role model for staff, address their requests promptly, and foster a collaborative team environment.

1. Experience : Minimum of 5 years in a specialty coffee environment with a strong background in café and restaurant management.
2. Skills : Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to handle staff and work collaboratively as a team player.
3. Knowledge : Willingness to learn and understand our coffee concepts and operational standards.
4. Customer Service : Ability to assist and engage with customers effectively.
