Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Identify, target and manage relationships with export agents and high-potential international B2B and B2C markets.
  2. Build your network: Source new leads through online platforms, trade events, research, and targeted outreach.
  3. Sales: Communicate with existing agents and target the leads generated to develop international sales for our brands.
  4. Negotiation: Secure lucrative contracts and agreements with overseas clients and distributors.
  5. Strategize for success: Create and execute a data-driven sales plan to achieve export targets and expand our commercial reach.
  6. Stay ahead of the curve: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities particularly in niche markets.
  7. Ensure impeccable customer service: Ensure timely deliveries for orders, address customer concerns, and work closely with marketing and other teams to support our clients.
  8. Analyze and report: Provide insightful reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
  1. Academic foundation: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
  2. Proven track record: 5+ years significant experience in export sales, preferably within the lubricants sector.
  3. Technical edge: Knowledge of lubricants or lubrication systems is a valuable asset.
  4. Results-oriented: Demonstrate a consistent record of exceeding sales targets.
  5. Master negotiator: Possess strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  6. Communication: Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language capabilities are a key added benefit.
  7. Global mindset: Willingness to travel internationally to support business development.
  8. Trade savvy: Understand export regulations and shipping procedures.
  9. Team player with an independent spirit: Thrive in both collaborative and self-directed environments.
  10. Performance-driven: Motivated by achieving KPIs including value, volume, and market share in B2B and B2C segments.
