The Senior Executive/Executive, Compensation and Benefits, is responsible for assisting, developing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs that align with the company's objectives and attract, retain and motivate employees. This role involves analysing compensation data, conducting benchmarking studies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and supporting overall HR initiatives at BreadTalk Group. Job Description:
- Analyse job descriptions evaluations and classifications, and make recommendation for salary offers.
- Conduct regular compensation and benefits benchmarking and market analysis to ensure market and industry competitiveness.
- Support performance appraisal exercise, and administer reward distribution.
- Participate in design of reward strategies aligned with Company's objectives.
- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with regulations.
- Implement and administer employee benefit schemes, such as medical and insurance benefits etc.
- Plan and organize employee wellness and engagement activities.
- Partner and liaise with stakeholders both internal and external on compensation and benefits related matters.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits or related HR functions
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- IHRP certification will be an advantage.
- High attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work with large sets of data and identify trends.
- Strong knowledge of local employment regulations and statutory requirements.
