Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible. The position is part of the Pall Singapore Operations team and will be located in Benoi, Singapore. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: 1. Routine inspections and monitoring of building systems, structures, and equipment. 2. Performing repairs, replacements, and maintenance of: - Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems. - Carpentry, painting, and other cosmetic repairs. - Roofing, glazing, and exterior envelope maintenance. 3. Able to supervise/manage the Cleaners, Pest control, landscaping and waste collection 3. Troubleshooting and resolving issues with building systems and equipment. 4. Coordinating and supervising external contractors and vendors. 5. Managing maintenance schedules, records, and budgets. 6. Ensuring compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and industry standards. 7. Collaborating with facility managers, tenants, and stakeholders to address concerns and requests. 8. Identifying and implementing energy-efficient and cost-saving measures. 9. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment. 10. Responding to emergencies and performing urgent repairs. The essential requirements of the job include:
- Tertiary education in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Building Management/Facilities Management/IFM or NITEC holders with > 5 years of experience.
- Must possess basic computer skills (MS Office)
- Analytical, systematic in problem solving approach, independent and a good team player.
- Experience in maintaining Building Management/Facilities Management/IFM
- This is a 12 hour rotating shift
- Working experience in manufacturing firm.
- Working experience in Building maintenance services, Integrated Facilities Management service will be advantage.
- Working experience in Cleanroom environment will be an advantage.
- Working experience in Chemical environment, WWTP and other Facility system will be an advantage.
