We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Associate to support the development and optimization of our smart home app, PRISM+ Connect. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in smart home technologies and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of product management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Product Development:
- Assist the Product Manager in defining and documenting product requirements and specifications.
- Help coordinate the development process, ensuring timely delivery of features and updates.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, user needs, and competitor products.
- Analyze user feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and new feature opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Facilitate communication between engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams.
- Ensure all teams are aligned and informed about product updates, timelines, and requirements.
- User Experience Support:
- Work with UX/UI designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces that enhance user experience.
- Assist in usability testing and incorporate findings into product improvements.
- Operational Tasks:
- Manage product documentation, including user stories, specifications, and release notes.
- Track project progress and update status reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Product Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Participate in product testing to identify bugs and ensure high-quality releases.
- Coordinate with the QA team to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor product performance metrics and user engagement data.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders and management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in product management, project management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Internship experience in a technology or product-focused role is a plus.
