Requirements Minimum bachelor's degree in Statistics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. Minimum 5 years' experience with statistical techniques, preferably in the reinsurance, insurance, or financial services industry. Expertise in actuarial techniques and collaboration with actuarial teams on pricing and reserving is preferred. Experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI of similar platforms for data visualization and dashboard creation is preferred. A strong team player, able to work independently and multitask, organized and meticulous Has strong analytical and quantitative skills and is a pragmatic problem solver. Responsibilities Main Responsibilities include but not limited to following: Analyze large datasets related to underwriting, claims, premiums, loss ratios, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) in the reinsurance industry. Develop and deliver both regular and ad-hoc reports, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities in the portfolio. Assist in the development and implementation of advanced data models for pricing, underwriting, and risk management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze loss data and identify trends or emerging risks to influence pricing and underwriting decisions. Analyze claims data to identify trends, cost drivers, and areas for potential claim reduction. Integrate data from multiple sources, such as internal system, external market data, and third-party providers, to create comprehensive datasets for analysis. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms to communicate key insights to senior stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
