Roles and ResponsibilitiesThis function is to provide direction and guidance in all areas of accounting and finance which includes the review and finalisation of consolidated financial statements, preparation of financial reports, budget, cash flow management, audits, asset management (including project management - finance overview) and overall review of performance management of business units under the group.What You Will Need To SucceedMinimum of a college degree in Commerce or Accounting field / Masters in Business Management.Qualified accountant (CPA, ACCA or equivalent) is an added preference.Minimum 4 - 5 years' experience as a Finance Specialist in a Senior Managerial role / similar experience in a 5-star hospitality industry.Innovative thinking, high level of communication and diplomacy skills.Completion of projects on time.Completion of projects within budget.Completion of projects based on quality.Realizing cost efficiencies.Put Customer First.Drive for Results.Disrupt and Challenge.Learning.Resilience.Adaptability.At Emaar, our DNA lays the foundation for everything we do.
