Description
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support the global marketing team in various marketing and creative tasks. This role involves assisting with content scheduling, monitoring campaign performance, compiling analytics reports, and handling daily marketing tasks such as managing email campaigns, updating the website, and coordinating with third-party partners. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a basic understanding of marketing tools and processes.Performance Metrics
- Campaign Scheduling & Management: Assist with scheduling content for marketing campaigns and tracking the progress of ongoing campaigns.
- Performance Reporting & Accuracy: Compile accurate performance reports and analytics for marketing campaigns.
- Marketing Task Completion: Timely and accurate execution of daily marketing tasks such as website updates, email campaigns, and coordination with third parties.
- Third-Party Coordination: Effectiveness in managing communication and logistics with third-party partners (vendors, agencies, etc.).
- Email Campaign Management: Assist in managing and tracking email marketing campaigns and maintaining email lists.
Job Skills
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage tasks, schedules, and priorities efficiently.
- Basic Understanding of Marketing Tools: Familiarity with marketing tools such as email marketing platforms, content management systems (CMS), and social media schedulers.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Ability to compile and maintain accurate marketing performance data for reports.
- Communication & Coordination: Ability to effectively coordinate with internal teams and third-party partners.
- Website & Email Management: Experience managing basic website updates and email marketing campaigns.
Additional Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
