- Develop and drive sales efforts to expand our client portfolio and identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within the market.
- Analyze competitor strategies to adapt, innovate sales and business development tactics, ensuring competitive advantage and market leadership.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and account manager for key client accounts; building/maintaining strong relationships and understanding their recruitment needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with recruitment consultants and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare and present sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts to senior management.
- Experience in the recruitment or manpower outsourcing/contract recruitment field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key client accounts.
- Diploma Advanced/Higher/Graduate or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
